Yogi Bear movie set to release in the fall…but does it really need to be in 3-D?

Ok when I first heard about this I movie and the fact that Dan Aykroyd was involved I decided to check out the trailer with an open mind. After all, it is Yogi the Bear and I’ve been a fan of Yogi and Boo Boo since back in the days. Now I checked out the trailer and it seems kind of fun I was even happy to see Tom Cavanaugh getting some work. The movie seems silly as fuck but it’s geared towards kids so that’s allowed. What pissed me off was that at the end of the trailer it shows that the movie is in……wanna guess? That’s right 3-D. 3 to the mother fucking D!! Really? Does this movie need to be in 3-D? come on!! That shit ain’t right.

We’re living in a recession and money is tight. Why? why do you have to make this movie in 3-D?
The concession stand prices for food and drinks are ridiculous already you gotta jack up the ticket price by making this movie 3-D unnecessarily .
The sad truth is like my room mate Angie said to me ‘Casper people will go out and pay for it anyways’ such is life.
