El pendejo moviemaker, who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in the U.S. but fled to France in 1978 before he could be sentenced, has been behind bars since he was arrested last month as he made his way to a film festival in Zurich.

He’s currently waiting to see if they drag his ass back to the good ole US of A.

Polanski was first denied bail at the beginning of the month after authorities ruled he was at risk of running away like a scared 13 years old girl, the irony folks I tell ya.

His second appeal for freedom was turned down by the Swiss Criminal Court on Tuesday.

The Oscar-winner’s lawyers have vowed to fight on, insisting they will take the case to the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland – the country’s highest tribunal.

Polanski’s lawyer, Herve Temime, says, “We will seek to demonstrate that there is no risk in ordering Roman Polanski’s release. (We will) provide even stronger and more suitable guarantees.”

Here’s are my questions:
Why is this dude not in jail for a long time?

How can Hollywood even back this piece of shit up by saying “It’s been a long time”?

What kind of guarantee can his lawyer show when Polanski is known for running like a bitch?
